Bio

Allison Frankel is a Senior Staff Attorney with the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ’s Criminal Law Reform Project (CLRP). She previously served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow with CLRP and the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ’s Human Rights Program, and as the Aryeh Neier Fellow with the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ and Human Rights Watch, where she authored a report, Revoked: How Probation and Parole Feed Mass Incarceration in the United States. Prior to joining the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, Allison challenged unlawful restrictions on sex-offense registrants as a fellow with the Center for Appellate Litigation, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew L. Carter, Jr. of the Southern District of New York. Allison is a graduate of Yale Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
