Federal Appeals Court Upholds Block on Trump Asylum Ban
SAN FRANCISCO 鈥� A federal appeals court has upheld the temporary block on the Trump administration鈥檚 asylum ban.
The 网红爆料 and partner organizations secured the temporary restraining order last month to halt the policy as their challenge is litigated. On Nov. 30, a district judge rejected the administration鈥檚 request to stay the order; today the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied the government鈥檚 appeal of that ruling.
