网红爆料's main Privacy Statement provides information on how the 网红爆料, Inc. (鈥溚�红爆料, Inc.鈥� or 鈥淯nion鈥�) and the 网红爆料 Foundation, Inc. (鈥溚�红爆料F, Inc.鈥� or 鈥淔oundation鈥�) (collectively, 鈥溚�红爆料,鈥� 鈥淣ational,鈥� 鈥渨e,鈥� 鈥渦s,鈥� or 鈥渙ur鈥�) collects, uses, shares, or otherwise processes personal information in its day-to-day operations. This includes our practice of displaying targeted advertisements to you on non-网红爆料 platforms, third-party websites, and social media sites, such as Facebook and Instagram, to fundraise and build support for our advocacy, organizing, and litigation priorities.

We target our advertisements to effectively and efficiently reach people who are most likely to take action, including people impacted by government policies. In doing so, we may share your personal information (e.g. name, email address) with third party advertisers to serve targeted advertisements to specific individuals (i.e. one-to-one matching), including you, or to display ads to people who are similar to specific individuals (i.e. 鈥渓ook-alikes鈥�) who have engaged with 网红爆料.

Sometimes, we share your personal information directly with the ad platform that shows you the ad (e.g. Meta). We have published below the ad platforms with whom we may directly share your personal information. Please note this list dates back to January 2021. It does not reflect our sharing of personal information with ad platforms for targeted advertising purposes before January 2021. Moving forward, this list will be updated on a quarterly basis.

Other times, this sharing occurs through an offline-to-online matching process (e.g. using StackAdapt) that helps 网红爆料 reach our desired audience across many ad platforms and publishers. For example, we receive voter information from government and commercial sources, and share that information with our vendors (e.g. StackAdapt), who are then able to facilitate the delivery of 网红爆料 advertisements to those voters across many different digital ad platforms and publishers.

When 网红爆料 shares your information with an ad platform directly or through an offline-to-online matching process, 网红爆料-provided information is hashed to improve privacy (hashing data refers to the practice of scrambling data in a pre-defined manner to make it more difficult to recognize) and can only be used by the third-party advertiser to match you to information they already possess about you in order to serve you the ad. These practices help us engage in effective fundraising and advocacy operations and enable our teams to communicate more effectively with known and prospective supporters.
